1. Returns Address

2. Return Period
To be eligible for a return, your item must be postmarked within ten calendar days of the date of purchase. Please ensure that your return package is postmarked within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
In order to return the item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at [insert contact email]. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email request. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number to include with your return shipment.
4. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, consumed, or removed from their original packaging.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item with the RMA number, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that returns will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item.
6. Exceptions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return if 15% or more of the product has been consumed, used, or removed from its original container. These exceptions include but are not limited to:
